How to effect change

My Mission: Bring dignity, ethics, leadership, compassion, transparency, and law enforcement back to the Sheriff's Office. My Plan: Increase morale, work diligently to fix the disparity in pay, create incentives to hire and retain the best of the best, create opportunities and decrease the revolving door of incarceration, value and appreciate employees, and put more boots on the ground to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to combating crime in our communities. This can be achieved with your support, spreading the word, and a commitment to fighting for what is right. It's go time. Reach out, I'm listening.
